Return & Refund Policy

At MJ Garments, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached (especially for Jackets and Trousers).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items on “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged items due to misuse or improper washing are not eligible for return.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 5-7 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is faulty or the wrong size/color was sent by MJ Garments, we will bear the shipping charges.
5. Special Note for Sizing
Since we specialize in Jackets and Ladies Trousers, we highly recommend checking our Size Chart before ordering to avoid sizing issues.
